REFUND POLICY

However, we understand that there may be occasions when customers request a refund due to technical issues, booking errors, or other circumstances. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be granted and the procedure for making a valid request. We offer both prepaid time packages and service-based access (such as hourly computer use, tournament entry, or digital rentals). Depending on the type of purchase, different refund conditions may apply. General Refund Window Customers may request a refund within 5 days of the original purchase for prepaid packages or service bookings, provided that the service has not been used or only partially used. Refund requests submitted beyond 5 days will typically not be eligible unless exceptional and verifiable reasons exist, such as system failure or proven service unavailability. Refunds May Be Granted If: You purchased a time package or booking but were unable to use it due to a verified technical issue or equipment malfunction on our side. You were charged twice for the same service or experienced a billing error. An event or booking (e.g., a gaming tournament) was canceled or rescheduled without adequate notice. There was a system failure or power outage that significantly disrupted your scheduled session or reservation. You made a reservation for a service but canceled it at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds Will Not Be Granted For: Change of mind after services have been fully or partially used. User error when selecting the wrong package or duration, unless reported immediately. Disruption caused by violations of the club’s rules or code of conduct. Requests made more than 5 days after the purchase or booking date. No-shows for scheduled bookings or late arrivals that resulted in reduced usage time. Refund Process To initiate a refund request, please submit a detailed explanation of the issue at the club reception or through our website’s refund request form. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or transaction ID, and describe the reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed by our management team. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days, and if approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the financial institution. In some cases, instead of a full monetary refund, we may offer store credit, session extensions, or rescheduled service times as a form of resolution. This may be the preferred method when partial usage has occurred or when the customer prefers an alternative to a cash refund. Subscription & Membership Refunds If you have signed up for a monthly or annual membership plan, you may cancel within 7 days of activation for a full refund—provided you have not used any membership benefits (such as discounted time or event access). After 7 days or upon usage of the benefits, only partial refunds or credits may be available based on individual review. Final Notes All customers are encouraged to read the service descriptions, terms, and usage guidelines before purchasing any time packages, booking services, or registering for events.
